NOTE: Absolutely NO registrations accepted after Oct. 22.
IMPORTANT

IMPORTANT:
If you select the "On-Line Registration" Tab, you will need to scroll through the Step-by-Step Instructions in order to get to the "On-Line Registration Link".Route
- The Parade begins at Ernest McCarty Ford.
- Proceeds South to the Alabaster Police Station where the judges platform is located.
- Turns and goes over the train tracks, past Alabaster Auto, past the Thrift Store shopping center.
- It ends at the stop sign in front of Southbrook Village on 1st Street Southwest.
Spectators
In order to view all of the Parade entries, you will need to be South of the former Faith Consignment building across from the 1022 Tower.
NOTE: Candy will be thrown along the Parade route. Please do not enter Highway 31 to retrieve candy as that creates a dangerous situation!
Lane Closing
Southbound traffic on Highway 31 will be rerouted to the Northbound side at 9:15 AM.
Highway 31 North will become two lanes for North and Southbound traffic.
Weather
We will be monitoring the weather. The Parade will occur whether it's rain or shine unless conditions become unsafe for Parade participants and spectators.
If the Parade has to be cancelled, it will not be made up.

Fees: There is no charge to participate in the Parade.
Who can register: Anyone can submit an application to participate in the Parade; however, the City of Alabaster reserves the right to refuse any Person/Organization participation in the Parade.
Restrictions:
- No dirt bikes allowed.
- No live Santa's allowed. The only Santa in the Parade will be riding on an Alabaster fire truck.
Policies:
We ask all participants to decorate their float/vehicle in relation to the Parade theme, and have plenty of candy to throw to the spectators.
Awards:
A Santa trophy will be awarded for each of the following categories:
- Best Use of Theme
- Most Creative
- Most Entertaining
- Best Holiday Spirit
- Best Walking Entry

1. Account
You will need to complete ALL of the following steps in order to activate your Registration:

1. Account- Existing Account: Enter your Email and Password and select "SIGN IN".
- Password: If you've forgotten your password, select "Forgot Password?".
- New Account: Select "CREATE NEW ACCOUNT" and fill in the requested information.
- If you are not listed, select "Add New".
- If you are listed, select "ADD REGISTRATION".
- You will need to complete all required information.
- If you skip any required information and hit "Add to Cart", you won't be able to move to the next page.
- Select "View Cart".
- Select "Check Out".
- Select "Register and Pay Later". You must select this even though you don't owe a Registration Fee!
4. Registration History
- Registration Form: If you would like a copy of your completed form, select "Program Registrations" from the left side menu which will bring up your History where you can select the icon under "Print Form".
- If you don't see the Registration you completed, please contact us immediately.
VERY IMPORTANT:
- If you have any issue while registering, please call our office to make sure your Registration processed!

Walk-in Registration is available at the Alabaster Parks and Rec Office located at 200 Depot Street, Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM; Oct. 4 thru Oct. 22.
