  1. Tai Chi for Health Part 2: Advanced Class

    Wednesday mornings at 10:30 am starting August 7th. Join us as local instructor Rachel Hickman teaches this ADVANCED 8-week course in Tai Chi. This class is only for people who can stand unassisted for the entire time. Tai Chi is an exercise that improves balance, sharpens the mind and circulates oxygen throughout the body while gently massaging all the joints, ligaments and muscles of the entire body. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and shoes that will not slip during movement. Try not to miss any classes because each class builds upon the previous ones. Newcomers will not be allowed after the first class takes place. Program takes place in the meeting room. Participants must complete the Enrollment Form at the front desk before the first class.
