The Alabaster Board is seeking volunteers to assist with the city events throughout the year. Volunteers would assist the Beautification Board to identify areas in need of the board's attention, and would assist with city programs like the Alabaster Christmas Parade, Arbor Day festivities as well as the Adopt-A-Mile program just to name a few events. The volunteers would attend the monthly meetings, provide input for the community and assist with the events throughout the year. The board meets on the second Monday of each month at the Senior Center behind the Parks and Recreation building located off Thompson at Depot St. The meetings are an hour long. To volunteer with the board, please contact Mrs. Randi Dicus at 664-1106 or email her at pdicus@bellsouth.net.
